How to set up the SiteLink TeleTracker

1. Log into SiteLink Corporate Control
First, you will need to log into SiteLink with Corporate Control Access. Then, you will click on "Company" in the NavBar on the left side.
2. Click Setup
After opening the "Company" tab, click "Setup" Under Setup.
3. Click Phone Integration
After opening the Setup page, click on the "Phone Integration (BETA)" Page. It will be located near the bottom of the list.
4. Select Phone Provider
Once the Phone Integration page loads, you will have to select "CallPotential" from the drop down list under "Phone Providers".
5. Enter Phone Provider Token
After selecting CallPotential for your phone provider, you will then enter the API SiteLink Token. You can retrieve this token by calling into support at 877-552-2557, or by chatting us using the "Chat Now" button anywhere in CallPotential.
6. Click Ok
After you are finished entering your SiteLink Token, Click OK and then OK again, and you're all set! TeleTracker is now all set up and ready to go!
