How to add a new location in the Track site

1. Login to Track site & Location Tab

First, in order to add your new location to the track site, you will have to log in. You can do so by navigating to http://track.callpotential.com and logging in with your login credentials. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please contact support at 877-552-2557; Just be sure to specify you are attempting to log in to the track site. Once you have successfully logged in, click on the "Locations" tab, located in the NavBar on the left side of the screen.
2. Add Location
Once the Location Management page has loaded, you will want to click the "Add Location" button, located at the top right corner of the screen. Additionally, if you want to edit or remove a location, you can do so by locating the location you wish to make a change to in the list below. Then, to remove the location, you just click the little "x" under the "Action" column, or click the little pen to edit it.
3. Fill out the Form
After you click on the "Add Location" button, you will be brought to a blank card to fill out for your new location. Simply fill out the card will all the appropriate information. Here is a look into what each field represents:
1. Account - The email address for your main account holder
2. Location Name - The name of the new location
3. Location Phone - The landline phone number of the new location. This is the number all tracking numbers will forward into
4. Location Email - The email that all call information will forward to. You can use multiple emails in this field
5. Send Email checkbox - By checking this box, you will receive an email after each call that comes in to your tracking lines
6. Corp Code - Your SiteLink Corporate Code (for phone integration)
7. Location Code - Your SiteLink Location Code (for phone integration)
8. Greeting Type - Whether the Announcement message, when customers call in, is to be a voice recording or text-to-speech
9. Greeting Text - The text, when using text option for greeting type, that will be read by the system for Announcement messages
10. Calls submitted checkbox - By checking this box, the text-transcription feature will be enabled for calls to this location
11. Whisper checkbox - By checking this box, managers will hear the ad name, prior to being connected with the customer, that the customer called
12. Identifier - Your SiteLink identifier code (for phone integration)
4. Save
Once you have filled out the entire form, and checked over each of your settings, you are ready to add the new location! Simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Add Location" button, and you have now successfully created a new location.
