Call Potential Call Alert Settings
To ensure call alerts sourced from Call Potential can be received consistently on your local machine, please validate the following settings on your machine.
Ensure System Notifications are enabled on your Windows Machine
You can view/change your notification settings at any time from the Settings app.
Select Start  , then select Settings .
Go to System > Notifications.
- Ensure that notifications are turned on and all check boxes are checked (see below).
Ensure Focus Assist is turned off on your Windows Machine
You can view/change your focus assist settings at any time from the Settings app.
Select Start  , then select Settings .
Go to System > Focus Assist.
- Ensure that Focus Assist is set to off (see below).
Ensure Chrome Notifications are enabled for the Call Potential URL
Open Chrome and click on the three dots in the upper-right corner. Then, select Settings.Â
Select Privacy and security on the left, and then click Site Settings.
Scroll down to Permissions and select Notifications.
- Ensure Default behavior is set to "Sites can ask to send notifications"
5. View Allow section and ensure the Call Potential URL is listed. If not listed, click the Add button within the Allow section and enter the following site https://sys.callpotential.com
