Agent Transaction Summary

This report provides data about your call center payment and call activity. The data can be viewed specific to location or agent.

Note

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality.

Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed. We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates.

View Report Information by Location or Agent

  • (A) By Location - Location is the default view for this report. If you want to view location information, continue to (C).

  • (B) By Agent - Click to view this report's information based on Agents and then continue down to (A) Agent.



By Location

Payment Summary - Provides insight into payments taken for specified locations.

  • (C) Location - Identifies the location in which payments have been processed for.

  • (D) Total - All payments that have been processed for a location (the sum of both Move-In and Collection).

  • (E) Move-In - Total number of payments taken when completing a full move-in.

  • (F) Collection - Total number of payments taken for existing tenants.



Call Summary - Provides insight into Agents calls for each location.

  • (G) Location - Identifies the location in which calls have been directed to.

  • (H) Total - The total number of calls answered by Agents consisting of (I) Lead, (J) Customer, (K) Other & (M) Unprocessed calls.

  • (I) Lead - The total number of calls agents classified as a Lead call..

  • (J) Customer - The total number of calls agents classified as a Customer call.

  • (K) Other - The total number of calls agent classified as Other.

  • (L) Neighbor - The total number of Lead calls that came into a location but were neighbored to a different location by an Agent.

  • (M) Unprocessed - The total number of calls received by an Agent that remain unprocessed.

  • (N) Outbound - The total number of outbound calls completed by Agents on behalf of a location.



Lead Summary - Provides details about the Leads created by Agents for each location.

  • (O) Location Name - Identifies the location in which Leads were created.

  • (P) Inquiry - The total number of Leads created with the Lead type of Inquiry.

  • (Q) Reservation - The total number of Reservations created.

  • (R) Subtotal - The total number of Leads created by Agents. Note: In this example, this is the sum of (P) Inquiry & (Q) Reservation; however, if you have created custom Lead types, your report will include data for all available Lead types and these all will be calculated in this subtotal. The combined subtotal amounts will equal the Total which appears at the bottom of the table.

  • (S) Total - The total number of a Leads created by Agents.

  • (T) Active - The total number of Leads created by Agents that remain Active.

  • (U) Rented - The total number of Leads created by Agents that resulted in a rental and were marked as Rented.

  • (V) Lost - The total number of Leads created by Agents that were Cancelled.



By Agent

Payment Summary - Provides insight into payment activity generated by Agents.

  • (A) Agent - Identifies the Agent who processed the payment.

  • (B) Total - All payments that have been processed by an Agent. 

  • (C) Move-In - Total number of payments taken when completing a full move-in.

  • (D) Collection - Total number of payments taken for existing tenants.



Call Summary - Provides insight into call activity per Agent.

  • (E) Agent - Identifies the Agent who made or received calls.

  • (F) Total - The total number of calls received by an Agent consisting of (G) Lead, (H) Customer, (I) Other & (K) Unprocessed calls.

  • (G) Lead - The total number of Lead calls received by an Agent.

  • (H) Customer - The total number of Customer calls received.

  • (I) Other - The total number of Other calls received.

  • (J) Neighbor - The total number of Lead calls that were neighbored to a different location by the referenced Agent.

  • (K) Unprocessed - The total number of calls received by an Agent that remain Unprocessed.

  • (L) Outbound - The total number of outbound calls placed by an Agent on behalf of a location. 



Lead Summary - Provides insight into Leads that were created during the specified timeframe by an Agent.

  • (M) Agent Name - Identifies the Agent who created the Lead.

  • (N) Inquiry - The total number of Leads created with the Lead type of Inquiry by an Agent. 

  • (O) Reservation - The total number of Reservations created.

  • (P) Subtotal - The total number of Leads created by an Agent. Note: Note: In this example, this is the sum of (N) Inquiry & (O) Reservation; however, if you have created custom Lead Types, your report will include data for all available Lead types and these all will be calculated in this subtotal. The combined subtotal amounts will equal the Total which appears at the bottom of the table.

  • (Q) Total - The total number of Leads created per location by an Agent. This is the sum of (R) Active, (S) Rented, and (T) Lost.

  • (R) Active - The total number of Leads created by an Agent that remain Active.

  • (S) Rented - The total number of Leads created by an Agent that resulted in a rental and were marked as Rented.

  • (T) Lost - The total number of Leads created by an Agent that were Cancelled.
