This report provides information on inbound calls where the caller did not have any contact with the site or call center and no voicemail was left.

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality.

Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed. We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates.

  • (A) Location - The location that received the call.

  • (B) Log ID - The unique call identification number.

  • (C) Call Number - The phone number that called into the location.

  • (D) Date/Time - The date and time of the call.

  • (E) Ad Source - The ad associated with the call.
