Employee Grade Summary

This report provides a list of grades your employees received on graded calls.

Note

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality.

Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed. We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates.

(A) EMPLOYEE - Indicates the specific employee that has graded calls.
(B) # GRADES - The total number of graded employee calls.
(C) Avg Grade - The average grade from all employee graded calls.
(D) Grade Columns - Provides more detailed grade breakdown information for each employee.
