This report provides a list of grades your location(s) received on their calls.

Note

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality.

Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed. We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates.

(A) Location - Indicates each location that has graded calls.
(B) # Grades - Indicates the total number of graded visits at a location.
(C) Avg Grade - Indicates the average score at a location.
(D) Grade Columns - Provides more detailed grade breakdown information for each location.
