How to Install the Remote Support Application for us to see your Screen

1. Click on the Support linkÂ
First, in order to install the Support application for CallPotential Remote Support, you will want to click on this link:
After clicking on this link, the download will automatically start. Depending on your browser, you will have to take a different method to Run and Install the newly downloaded file:
- If you are using Google Chrome, skip to step 2.
- If you are using FireFox, skip to step 3.
- If you are using Internet Explorer, skip to step 4.
2. Installing Support with Google Chrome
Once you click on the link, it will automatically launch into Google Chrome if that is your default browser. All you have to do is click the "support.exe" box that shows up at the bottom left corner of your screen, and the program will begin to install. From here, proceed to Step 5.
3. Installing Support with FireFox
Once you click on the link, it will automatically launch into FireFox if that is your default browser. All you have to do is click "Save File" on the box that pop up, and then click on the little blue arrow at the top right corner of your screen, and then click the "support.exe" box to begin the installation. From here, proceed to Setp 5.
4. Installing Support with Internet Explorer
Once you click on the link, it will automatically launch into Internet Explorer if that is your default browser. All you have to do is wait for the bottom center of the screen to show that the file is downloading, and that it completes downloading. From there, click the "Run" button that shows up, and the installation will begin. From here, proceed to Step 5.
5. Completing the Installation and Handing off Remote Access
Once you have begun installing the program, follow the prompts by clicking next. After the installation is complete, a window will pop up with a 9-digit ID number. You will need to provide this to the CallPotential Support agent in order for them to access your screen. The Support agent will already know the password, so you do not need to worry about it if it shows up blanked out.
