How to log in to the WebAPP

Information on accessing the CallPotential WebAPP

1. Locate the CallPotential WebAPP icon

First, in order to launch the CallPotential WebAPP log in screen, you will need to click the icon on your desktop with the same name. It looks like an orange square, with a black radio tower in the center of it. Alternatively, if you are unable to find this icon, you can load up Google Chrome and type in http://app.callpotential.com to access the login screen.

2. Login

After you have opened up the WebAPP, you will be required to login. Simply type in your CallPotential login credentials, and then click "Login". If you have forgotten your login credentials, please reach out to support at 877-552-2557.

3. Success

After you click login, you will be immediately brought in to the WebAPP! Here you will be able to listen to old calls, do follow ups, collections, view your customer and lead database, and view reporting. If you are an Administrator on the account, this is where you will be able to tweak your settings and get CallPotential working how you want it to work.
