How to turn on or off the TXT opt out functionality

1. Login to the WebAPP & Advanced Dashboard
First, in order to access the TXT opt out functionality settings, you will have to log in to the WebAPP. In order to do so, you will want to navigate to http://app.callpotential.com and log in with your Administrator credentials. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please contact support at 877-552-2557. Once you have successfully logged in to the WebAPP, you are going to want to click the "Advanced Dashboard" sub-tab.
2. TXT opt out functionality
After accessing the Advanced Dashboard, you will want to click on the "TXT opt out functionality" link, located underneath "Miscellaneous Setup". This will take you into the TXT opt out functionality window.
3. Settings, Exclusion List, and Save
Once the lite window loads, you will have a few options available to you. They are as follows:
1. Disable appending unsubscribe text to sms - by checking this box, you are disabling the message at the end of SMS messages that reads "Respond STOP to halt receiving text messages"
2. Confirm SMS consent for new leads - by checking this box, the manager will be prompted to select "yes" or "no" when creating a new lead, on whether they have obtained permission from the customer to text them
3. Send Opt In for new leads - by checking this box, you are sending a confirmation SMS to new leads to make sure they would like to receive text messages
4. Exclusion List Type - this drop down allows you to disable opted out leads/tenants for either the location that they sent the STOP message to, or company-wide
5. View Exclusion List - by clicking this link, you can view, by location, all the people who are excluded from receiving text messages and why
6. Save - by clicking Save, the new TXT Opt Out settings will be retained
