How to add reasons to your list of options when dis-positioning a call as "Other"

1. Login to the WebAPP

First, in order to add your new "Other" reason for your managers to select when dis-positioning a call as a non-lead/non-customer, you will need to log in to the WebAPP. You can do this by navigating to http://app.callpotential.com and logging in with your Administrator credentials. If you have forgotten your login credentials, you can reach out to support at 877-552-2557.

2. Advanced Dashboard

Once you have logged into the WebAPP, you will want you access the Advanced Dashboard sub-tab. Then, under "Miscellaneous Setup", click the link titled "Other Close Options".

3. New button

Once you have loaded up the Other Close Options setup page, you will have access to a few settings, as well as the ability to add/remove/edit your "Other" reasons. The buttons are as follows:

1. New - Clicking this button will load up a form to create a new other reason
2. Delete - By checking the reason you wish to remove, and then clicking this button, you will delete the selected other reason
3. Require Employee when using Other - By checking this box, you will be requiring your employees to select their name off a drop down box when dis-positioning a call as other
4. Require Reason - By checking this box, you are requiring your employees to select a reason when dis-positioning a call as other
5. Edit - By clicking this link, you can edit any existing other reasons

4. Create and Save

After clicking the New button, a yellow form will come up with a blank field for you to enter the new reason. Once you have typed in the reason, simply click "Save". You have successfully appended a new "Other" reason!
