Creating a New Lead for an Existing Tenant

1. Click the '+' sign to start a new Lead.


2. When the screen populates, select Find Lead in the upper right corner.


3. In the Search box, change Type to Customers and in the Customer Name field, enter the existing Customer’s name and click Search.  When the name appears in the list below, click the blue Select.


4. Select New Lead when asked if you’d like to create a New Lead.


5. The new Lead card will then populate with the current Customer’s contact info.  Update all other required details in the lead card (date needed, source, inquiry type, etc.) and save the lead. This new lead will now be linked to the existing tenant account.
