Why did I disappear from online Agents?

1. Logged In, Online
If you are logged in to the Agent Interface, you should ALWAYS show up on the Agent dashboard, in the list below the queues. You will either be highlighted in Yellow, indicating that you are Inactive, or you will be highlighted in green, indicating that you are active. If you see this screen above, but you are NOT on the list of Agents, please contact support at 877-552-2557. Alternatively, you can shoot us an email at support@callpotential.com or use the "Chat Now" button at the bottom right corner of the screen, to let us know what you are experiencing.
