How to know which phone you should be connecting with

1. Connecting Via Phone
When connecting via phone, you will need to ensure that you are using the appropriate phone number, in order to have a successful connection. This number will be (by default), your line 1 number; However, it can also be:
a. An Office Cell Phone
b. Specific Line & Extension
c. A VoIP Extension
You will have to check with your Administrator to see if there is a specific number that they want you to use to connect. If no direction has been given and you do not know your default line 1, you reach out to customer support and we can assist you, either by the "Chat Now" button (red arrow), or by calling our support number (green arrow). These are located at the bottom and top right side of the screen, respectably.
