When you cannot get back to the Agent Queue Screen

1. How to get back to the Agent Dashboard
If you are, let's say, searching for a customer in the system, but no longer need to view the search screen and want to get back to the main Queue screen, then you're in luck! This guide will teach you how to get back to that screen to view all the other agents in queue.
2. Click Refresh
First, you will need to click the refresh button at the top left corner of Google Chrome. This will look like a little arrow going in a circular motion. After you click it, an X will show up and a Confirm Reload message. Just click "Reload this Page" from here.
3. Success!
You have successfully made it back to the main Queue Screen of the Agent Dashboard!
