How to create a new lead with the New Lead button

1. New Lead button
First, in order to add a new lead at any point (not just from a call), you will have to navigate to the Agent taskbar at the top center of the Agent Interface, and click the little
"+" button. This button is titled the "New Lead button".
2. Select Location
Next, after clicking the new lead button, you are going to want to select a location to create the new lead for, from the new pop up window that showed up. After selecting the appropriate the location, click the OK button.
3. Script & Save
Once you have selected your location, the new lead card will load. If you are on a script card, your screen will look like this. If your screen does not look like this, you are on a form, and need to proceed to step 4.
After the script card loads, you will want to fill it out with as much information as possible, hinting at each point in the script. You can then add any additional notes, as well as select a unit that the lead is inquiring about or reserving. After you have finished filling out the card, simply click the "Save" button at the bottom right corner of the screen, and the new lead will be created. A notification will also be sent to the location, letting them know about the newly created lead.
4. Form & Save
If, after selecting the location that you wish to create the new lead for, your screen looks like this, then you know you are on the form lead card. If your screen does not look like this, go back to Step 3.
After the form card loads, you will want to fill it out with as much information as possible. After you have finished filling out the card, simply click the "Save" button at the bottom right corner of the screen, and the new lead will be created.
