How to create a new lead from an incoming call

1. Accept Incoming Call
In order to add a new lead from a call, you will first, of course, have to accept an incoming call. After you accept the call, you will be brought to a disposition screen.
2. New or Existing Lead
Once at the disposition screen, you will have three options: New or Existing Lead, Existing Customer, and Other. To mark the caller as a New Lead, click the green button. This will pull up a blank lead card for you to work on.
3. Lead Script & Save
Once you have marked the call as a New or Existing Lead, you will be brought the either the lead script or the lead form, depending on your administrator's settings. The above pictured is the lead script card. If your screen does not look like this, proceed to Step 4.
From the lead script card, you will want to fill out as much information as you can, starting from top to bottom. This card is designed to read off like a script, so you will want to mention each point and fill in the appropriate fields with the customer's information. You will also want to select a unit that the customer is inquiring about or reserving, and add any additional notes. Once you have finished filling out the card completely, simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Save" button, located at the bottom right corner. You have now successfully entered a new lead off an incoming call!
4. Lead Form & Save
Once you have marked the call as a New or Existing Lead, you will be brought the either the lead script or the lead form, depending on your administrator's settings. The above pictured is the lead form card. If your screen does not look like this, regress to Step 3.
From the lead form card, you will want to fill out as much information as you can, starting from top to bottom. This card is designed to be direct in the information that is required to create the lead, with the ability to freely add notes that make the account specific. You will also want to select a unit that the customer is inquiring about or reserving. Once you have finished filling out the card completely, simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Save" button, located at the bottom right corner. You have now successfully entered a new lead off an incoming call!
