How to use the Neighbors Feature to transfer a new lead to a different location

1. About
The Neighbors feature will allow you to change locations that you are creating a lead for, based upon proximity to the customer, or availability of inventory. For example, if a customer calls in to one location and wants a 5x10 that that location doesn't have available, but there is another location nearby that does, you can change the lead over to that location for follow up and eventual rental.
2. Neighbors
After you have begun the process of creating a new lead card (whether that be from the new lead button or from an incoming call), you will be able to switch the location by clicking the "Neighbors" link (1), located at the top right corner of the new lead page. Simply click the link and a pop up window will show up, where you will be able to look at other locations in the proximity.
3. Change Location
Once the pop up window loads, you will see a Google Maps image of locations in the proximity, as well as a list of all locations that show up in a 5 mile radius. You can toggle the radius you wish to search in by selecting a larger option from the drop down list. Once you have found the appropriate location, simply highlight the location in the list and click the OK button. This will change the lead over to the new location!
