Enhanced Inventory Views enable users to easily access detailed information on available units, reducing move-in times for your leads and tenants. With unit data readily accessible, you can quickly determine the size, type, and price of storage units your lead or tenant is interested in on the Lead Card, resulting in better sales opportunities. This includes the following benefits:

  • Improved location search: Users can now see available units across multiple locations at once (instead of just one location), with improved filtering and sorting options.

  • Enhanced unit selection: Options to filter and sort include size, floor, rate, and rate group. 

  • Edge tiered pricing integration & rate adjustments: If your organization uses Edge tiered pricing and a unit group has multiple prices, the entire range is shown. Plus, rate adjustments for specials are available within the tiered pricing menu. 

  • More Seamless Edge integration: Improvements have been made to the Edge integration so that unit groups and applicable specials per unit group are directly aligned with Edge’s unit groups and promotions.

  • Weekly Rates: Option to show the weekly version of rates that are pre-calculated from the monthly rates. (Weekly Rates is currently an optional feature within Enhanced Inventory Views).
