Weekly Rate is an optional feature that displays a weekly calculation of your monthly rates. This feature supports sales conversations in locations where it is helpful to discuss the breakdown of rates at a per-week level.

Note: Weekly rate is calculated by multiplying the monthly rate by 12 months and then dividing by 52 weeks. Example: Monthly Rate = $100. ($100 * 12) / 52 = $23.08.

Enabling Weekly Rates:

Navigate to the Rates & Payments section of the Leads tab in Edit Locations.
Check the Display Rate checkbox in the Rent Rent - Weekly rows to turn on the Weekly Synthetic Rate.

Web App - display for non-agent app users

Contact Center - display for agent app users
Location App - display for any user viewing inventory

Weekly Rate Experience

On the Inventory screen, weekly rates display within the Rate Details window and within the list of units window for a given unit group.

As you select units for a lead, the “Rate-Weekly” column displays the approximate weekly rate for the unit.

Weekly Rate for multiple rate groups

If there are different Rate Groups at a particular location, this information is displayed. The total Rent Rate and Weekly Rent Rate are displayed.

Weekly Rate for no rate groups:

If there are no Rate Groups, just one Rent Rate and Weekly Rent Rate are displayed.
