When a Lead reserves a unit, the system may assign a unit based on your management settings such as selecting the longest vacant unit first. Sometimes, a Lead may want to select a specific unit. The purpose of this guide is to explain how Leads can select a specific unit.

On the Inventory screen, click on any row’s Unit Size to select units based on detailed attributes.

On the Select Unit popup screen, you can filter units based on the Floor, Rate, Rate Group, Door Type, and Access Type. In the example below, the available Rates are shown.

Note: Depending on your organization’s settings, you may see different attributes listed.

Assigning Specials

You can quickly assign a special or promo price to units. On the Inventory screen, click the Special column to view available offers associated with any unit.
