Marking a Lead as Rented

This guide explains how non-integrated locations (or locations with integrations CallPotential isn't compatible with) can mark a Lead as Rented or how integrated locations can mark a Lead as Rented when there is a name mismatch between CallPotential and your management software for a particular Lead ID.
Access - Note: This feature may have been disabled by your management team.
(A) Status - From inside the Lead card, click the dropdown to access available status options. Click here to learn how to access a specific Lead.
Status Selection
(B) Options - From your list of options, select Rented.
Fill in the Details
(C) Purchase Date - Click the calendar icon to access a calendar and adjust the purchase date.
(D) Notes (optional) - Enter explanatory comments.
(E) Confirm - Click to apply the new status.
(F) Save - Click to save all your changes to the Lead record.
