Calling a Location

How to place a call to one of your Company's Locations

1. Click the Phone

First, in order to make an outbound call to one of your company's locations, you will have to click on the little Phone icon on your Agent Taskbar, in the Agent Interface. Once you click the icon, a lite window will pop up for you to select the location you wish to dial from. See explanation in the next slide.

2. Select Outbound Location Display

Once the lite window loads up, you will want to select the location that you wish to appear as on caller ID. For example, if you wish to dial out to Location 2, as if you were Location 1, simply select Location 1 and it will appear as though that is where the call is coming from.

3. Select Location to Call

Next, you will want to select the location you wish to contact. You can either browse through the list below (1), or search using the "Search" field (2) at the top of the lite window. After you have found the location that you wish to call out to, simply click the phone number highlighted in blue, and the phone will automatically dial.

Alternatively, you can click the "Dial Pad" button (3), and type in the phone number manually.

4. Dialing out

Once you have selected the number you wish to dial, the system will automatically put you in "Inactive - On Call" status, and the phone will start ringing to the location!
