CallPotential not Launching? Follow these steps for help

1. Double-Click radio tower in TaskBar not Working

If you ever encounter an issue where you are double-clicking the radio tower in the taskbar (at the lower right corner of your screen), there are a couple steps you can take to correct the problem on your own. Proceed to the next step for direction on what to do in this situation.

2. Right-Click the radio Tower

First, in order to get CallPotential to launch for you, you're going to want to completely shut down the program. In order to do this, right click on the black radio tower in your taskbar and select "Exit". This will completely shut down the CallPotential application.

3. Re-open the Program

Once you have completely closed out of the program, you are going to want to start running it again. In order to do this, you will have to double-click the black radio tower icon, located on your desktop. If you do not see the black radio tower icon, you can search for the program by clicking the "Start" button (at the bottom left corner of the screen), and typing in "callpotential", as all one word. This should pull up the program on your computer.

4. Try re-launching

Once you have started CallPotential via the desktop icon, simply navigate back to the taskbar and double-click the little radio tower. This should launch the application for you.
