Setting up VoIP Extensions

Setting up your SIP Address for Agents to connect with

First, in order to setup your new VoIP Extension, you will need to log into the WebAPP. In order to do so, you will need to navigate to http://app.callpotential.com and login with your administrator credentials. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please contact support at 877-552-2557.

After logging in to the WebAPP, you will want to go to the Home tab, and the Advanced Dashboard sub-tab. Under Setup Pages, click "VoIP Extensions".

Once the Setup VoIP Extensions page has loaded, you will just want to click the "New" button located directly under the title.

After clicking the "New" button, a yellow box will pop up at the top of your screen with a few fields for you to fill out. They are as follows:

Label: The unique identifier of the VoIP Extension, that your agents will select when connecting to the Call Center
SIP Address: This is where you will input the SIP Address that your agents calls will be going to
Username: If there is a username for the Address, you will enter it here
Password: If there is a password for the Address, you will enter it here

5. Save

Once you have completed the form, just click the "Save" button on the right side of the yellow pop up box. You have successfully setup your new VoIP Extension!
