How to send a followup email from CallPotential

Click on the "Open" button at the top of the accordion view to expand it.

Click on the Follow up List (the blue rectangle) to show your leads due for follow up.

Click on the lead that you are ready to follow up with. You can check to see what type of follow up event is required by checking the following:
a. blue envelope: indicates email follow up
b. green chat bubble: indicates SMS follow up
c. red phone: indicates phone followup

4. Type up your E-mail

After you select the lead you wish to follow up with, their lead card will load up with an HTML box at the top of the screen; This is the message body for your email. You can either enter your own personalized email, or choose one of the templates loaded into the Template dropdown menu.

Click on the send button below the HTML editor box and success! Your email has been sent.
