How to send a followup SMS (text) from CallPotential
Table of Contents
1. Expand the Accordion View
Click on the "Open" button at the top of the accordion view to expand it.
2. Go to Follow Up Menu
Click on the follow up menu (the blue menu) in the accordion view.
3. Select your lead
Select the lead that you are to follow up with. You will know that this lead is due for an SMS followup by the little green chat bubble at the top left corner of the follow up card.
4. Enter Message Content
Type up a message for this lead in the Message box at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can select a pre-loaded template from the Template dropdown and the content will populate automatically!
5. Send
Hit send and then success! You have sent your SMS followup message.
