How to access the Employee Dashboard while logged into the WebAPP as an Agent

1. Summary

If you are logged into the WebAPP as an Agent, and still wish to see the employee side of things, then you are in the right place! This guide will teach you how to access the WebAPP to view reports and call logs, while still being logged in to the Agent Interface.

2. Accessing the WebAPP without logging out of Agent

First, in order to access the Employee WebAPP from the Agent dashboard, you will want to look for a little CallPotential logo, located directly to the right of the Agent Taskbar. This will look like a line graph. Simply click on this button, and a new tab will open with the Employee Dashboard in the WebAPP, while still leaving you connected in the other tab, to the Agent Interface.

3. In the WebAPP

Once you are in the WebAPP, you will have all the permissions that Employee's do: The ability to do follow ups, collections, view call logs, and even look at reporting!
