Information about the Reason Report

1. Summary

This report gives you the number and percentage of your leads lost per reason, in the given data range. In addition, you are able to filter this report by location. With all reports, you are able to either download the file, or email the report directly from this screen.

2. Reason Column


This column refers to the reasons listed on your cancellation screen, when managers go in to remove a lead. You can add more, edit, or remove existing reasons in the Advanced Dashboard.

3. Leads Lost Column


This column refers to the number of leads lost (ie: cancelled), in the given date range, for each reason.

4. % of Leads Column


This column refers to the percentage of leads lost, in the given date rate, per each reason. This would be the total leads lost per reason, divided by the total leads lost.
