Completing a Collections Call
How to successfully complete a Collections call through CallPotential

1. Open the Collections List
In order to complete a collections call in CallPotential, you will first need to open up your collections list. Just click on the bottom gray bar, in the accordion view on the right side of the screen, and it will open up for you! From here, you can click a name that is on the list to begin your first collection event.
Note: Collection CALLS will be signified by a little red phone to the left of the tenants name
2. Start Call Button
After opening the card, you will want select your name off the employee list and click the "Start Call" button located at the top left corner of the screen. This will automatically ring the phone in your office, and will connect you to the customer after you answer it and press 1. After you are connected to the customer, the collection event will drop off of your list.
Note: The number that is called will be the primary number. If you would like to call a different number, you can click the little downward facing arrow on the "Start Call" button and either select a number of the account, or enter a new one entirely.
3. Oops! Correct Errors!
If you forget to choose you name off the employee list, the system will prompt you to select your name prior to connecting the call. If this happens, just select your name and click "Continue".

4. Add a note
Depending on what went on in the call, you will want to create a note for reference later. You can just type up your note in the "New Note" field, and click "Add" once you are finished. Your new note will then be added to the card!
5. Save
When you've completed all the necessary steps, click the "Save button below the note field and you're all set. You have successfully completed your first collection call through CallPotential!
