Searching for Calls in the Call Log
How to set up the SiteLink TeleTracker
Table of Contents
1. Login to the Track site
First, in order to look at your call logs, you will have to login to the track site. You can do so by navigating to http://track.callpotential.com and logging in with your credentials. If you have forgotten your login credentials, you can reach out to support at 877-552-2557; just inform them you need help logging into the track site!
2. Click Reports & Call Log
After you have successfully logged in, you will then want to click on the Reports tab, located on the NavBar on the left side of the screen. Then, a drop down menu will reveal itself, where you will click on "Call Log". Alternatively, you can search by Date & Time, or by Source, depending on how you wish to view your depicted graph. Here's the difference between the graphs:
1. Call Log - This is a standard graph, like the one depicted above, that listed each day and the call volume per day
2. Calls by Day & Time - This is a standard graph that lists call volume by day of the week, on a 7-day cycle
3. Calls by Source - This is a standard graph that lists call volume by the source (or ad name) that they came in on.
3. Call Log page
After the Call Log search page loads, you can begin your search. There are several fields you can use in order to find what you're looking for, but keep in mind, you do not need to fill out each one. Once you have finished entering the information you wish to search by, click the "Search" button, located in the center of the page. The fields are as follows:
1. TimeZone - Use this field to designate the time zone that you would like to search by
2. Location - Use this field to search by the name of the location
3. Date Range - Use this field to set the appropriate date range the calls came in
4. Tracking Number - Use this field to search by the tracking number called
5. Forward to - Use this field to search by the locations "forward to" number, AKA the landline
6. Search - Use this button to search once you have your search criteria ready
4. Search Results
After your results have loaded, you will notice that the graph and the search results, located at the bottom of the page, will change. From here, you can further refine your search, or pull up the call if you have found the one you're looking for. Here's a little information about this page:
1. By clicking this, you will be able to download several different image file types of the depicted graph
2. By clicking this, you will be able to download the XLS document of the graph
The table below the graph will allow you to view all the details of the call that came in, as well as listen to the recording. You have now successfully searched for and generated a graph from your call log in the Track site!
