VoIP Compatible Phones

Internet Requirements to Support VoIP Service

• 10 mbps Down
• 5 mbps UP
• Under 100 ping

Items Needed (Required) - Note: For corded phones, please order both the phone and power cord. A power cord does not come with the corded phone.

Following are phones that are compatible with CallPotential VoIP service. You have the choice of a cordless or corded phone.  You can order phones from any provider as long as they are the same models listed here.  

• Corded Phone Options
  • Yealink  T46U is the newest corded model. T46S, T48S, T41S and T42S are older models but also compatible.
    Note - These devices are Power over Ethernet compatible and do not come with a power adaptor, which can be purchased separately if needed.
• Cordless Phone Option
  • Yealink W60P - This set typically only comes with the base and 1 handset.  It can support up to 8 total handsets from 1 base.
    The standalone handset model number is W56H

Items Needed (Possible) - If you do not have an open space on your modem, you will need to order a POE switch to provide additional ethernet connections. The POE switch is also a power source so if you use a switch, the power cord would not be needed.

• POE Switch
