Troubleshoot Unit Promotions

The purpose of this guide is to explain how to confirm your StorEdge settings so unit promotions correctly show within CallPotential.
Access
(A)Â Corporate -Â Click to open your Corporate Dashboard.
(B)Â Settings -Â Click to open your Settings Dashboard.
(C)Â Software Settings -Â Click to access your available software settings.
(D)Â Rental Promotions -Â Click to open your rental promotion settings.

Select the Specific Promotion
(E)Â Edit -Â Find and click Edit on the promotion that is not showing in CallPotential.

Edit Promotion Settings
(F)Â Call Center Service - Call Potential -Â Confirm this is selected.
(G)Â Available at all facilitites -Â Check the box to include this promotion at all your facilities.
(H)Â Assign this Promotion to Select Facility(ies)Â -Â Click the dropdown arrow to see your full list of available facilities. Within that list, you will be able to assign this promotion at multiple facilities.
(I)Â Remove this Promotion from Select Facility(ies) -Â To remove facilities from showing this promotion, click the X next to the specific facility. Note: You will need to remove facilities individually.
(J) Save - After you’ve made changes to your Promotion settings, scroll to the bottom and click Save.
