The purpose of this guide is to explain how to configure the Tenant Portal settings through StorEdge to ensure a successful experience within CallPotential.
Access
(A)Â Corporate -Â Click to open your Corporate Dashboard.
(B)Â Settings -Â Click to open your Settings Dashboard.
(C)Â Rental Center Settings - Click to access your list of Rental Center Settings.
(D)Â Tenant Portal - Click to access the Tenant Portal settings.
Configure Your Settings
(E)Â Prevent Tenants from Changing their Contact Information - This can be set to Yes or No and will not impact CallPotential from functioning properly.
(F) Save - Once you've completed edits for a particular setting, this becomes enabled. Click to apply your new setting. Note: Each setting has its own Save which you will need to click if you've made changes.
(G) Prevent Tenants from Enrolling in Autopay - We recommend this get set to No otherwise it can affect autopay enrollment though CallPotential.
(H)Â Prevent Tenants from Making Partial Payments - We recommend this get set to No otherwise it can impact when an employee attempts to take partial payment for a tenant.
(I)Â Display Combo when Overlocked Tenant Pay-Balance to Zero -Â This can be set to Yes or No and will not impact CallPotential from functioning properly.
(J)Â Prevent Tenants from Moving in to Another Unit - This can be set to Yes or No and will not impact CallPotential from functioning properly.
(K)Â Prevent Tenants from Moving out of a Unit -Â This can be set to Yes or No and will not impact CallPotential from functioning properly.
