Setup Insurance Options for Successful CallPotential Move-ins

The purpose of this guide is to explain how to properly setup unit insurance options within StorEdge so that users can successfully move-in Leads through CallPotential.
Access
(A) Corporate -Â Click to open your Corporate Dashboard.
(B)Â Settings -Â Click to open your Settings Dashboard.
(C)Â Rental Center Settings - Click to access your list of Rental Center Settings.
(D)Â Online Move-ins - Click to view the Online Move-in Settings.
Indicate if you Want Required Insurance
(E)Â Require Insurance for Move-In -Â Once you indicate 'Yes' or 'No', you will then assign which locations will be adhering to the setting by clicking Facilities followed by clicking Save specific to this row.
If you select 'Yes' - Ensure that no individual Unit Types are set to Do Not Allow Store Insurance on this Unit Type as this will cause problems when attempting move-in's through CallPotential. You can check this by completing the remainder of the guide.
If you select 'No' - No additional steps need to be completed.
(F)Â Settings - Click to return to the Settings Dashboard.
(G)Â Software Settings -Â Click to access your list of Software Settings.
(H)Â Unit Types -Â Click to view the Unit Type Settings.
(I)Â Edit - You will need to click Edit for each Unit Type listed to verify that the Do Not Allow Store Insurance on this Unit Type is not selected.Â
(J)Â Do Not Allow Store Insurance on this Unit Type - Make sure this is unchecked.
(K) Save - Once you've verified that this is unchecked, click Save.
