Set-up a Lead Webhook in SiteLink

The purpose of this guide is to explain how to enable a webhook for each location in SiteLink so that Leads are immediately transferred to CallPotential once they are created.

Note

You need to be logged into SiteLink Corporate Control to perform this task.

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Make sure to create a Lead webhook for each location to ensure they instantly load your Leads.

(A) Click Rules: Websites, Call Centers and Kiosks.

Select the Location and Set the Webhook

(B) Select the location you want the webhook attached.

(C) Click Next.

(D) Enter the Webhook URL - https://dev-hook.callpotential.com/sitelink/sitelinkCallback.
(E) Click OK.
