Defining Variables at the Location Level
Â
RETURN TO THE MAIN SUPPORT PAGE
Â
Once you've created a Custom Variable, you will need to create, or define, an actual value that will take its place at your location(s). For example, if you create the Custom Variable, Manager Name, you will then need to associate a name with it such as John Smith. This will allow John Smith to automatically replace the Custom Variable in places like your script or collection or follow-up communication. The purpose of this guide is to explain how to associate a Custom Variable with an actual value.
