Archiving/Unarchiving Users

The purpose of this guide is to explain how Administrators and Managers can activate and archive users within the system based on their organization's needs.

Note

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

You must be signed into the Web Client as an Administrator or Manager to perform these actions. 

Managers can activate or archive Employees and Managers that are assigned to their same locations. Administrators can activate or archive any employee at any location.

Archive Users

  • (A) Active - From the User List confirm this is selected, indicating only active users are listed. If the Active label appears white, click to select it.

  • (B) User - Click the checkbox after locating the user(s) you wish to archive. You may select multiple users to archive at once or click the global checkbox at the top of the column to select all the users.

  • (C) Archive - Once one or more users have been selected, this will appear. Click to remove the selected user(s)' access to the system.



Activate Users - Note: The User list will default to showing Active users. Follow steps (D) - (F) to Unarchive, or Activate, a user(s).

  • (D) Archived - From the User List confirm the Archived label is selected, indicating only archived users are listed. If the Archived label is white, click to select.

  • (E) User - Click the checkbox after locating the user(s) you wish to activate. You may select multiple users to activate at once or click the global checkbox at the top of the column to select all the users.

  • (F) Unarchive label - Click to activate the selected user(s) and give them access to the system. All previous settings will be reinstated.
