Information about the Location Grade Summary report

1. Summary
This report provides you with a list of the grades your locations have received on their calls. This is basically a broader way to view your employee grades. With all reports, you are able to either download the CSV file, or email the report directly from this screen.
2. Location column
The first column will list each location that has graded calls. By clicking the location name, you will be brought to the Location Grade Detail report. You will be able to view each call by clicking the letter grade next to each call listed after accessing the Location Detail page.
3. Next two columns
For the next two columns, you will be able to see the total number of calls that were graded at each facility, as well as the average of those grades.
4. Remaining columns
For the remaining columns, you will just get a bit more insight on how many total grades received a certain letter grade. The Grades, from left to right, are A-F. They are structured in the same way a curricular grading scale would be (ie: a 87% would be a B)
