How to turn on or off the TXT opt out functionality

1. Login to the WebAPP & Advanced Dashboard
First, in order to access the TXT opt out functionality settings, you will have to log in to the WebAPP. In order to do so, you will want to navigate to http://app.callpotential.com and log in with your Administrator credentials. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please contact support at 877-552-2557. Once you have successfully logged in to the WebAPP, you are going to want to click the "Advanced Dashboard" sub-tab.
2. TXT opt out functionality
After accessing the Advanced Dashboard, you will want to click on the "TXT opt out functionality" link, located underneath "Miscellaneous Setup". This will take you into the TXT opt out functionality window.
3. Turn on/off & Save
After the window pops up, you will have one checkbox to turn the "unsubscribe" message off or on. After you have made your change, simply click the "Save" button on the pop up window and the new settings will be retained.
