You must be signed into CallPotential's web version as an Administrator to access the Settings icon and define variables at the location level.
Access
(A) Settings icon - Click to access all available administrative settings.
- (B) Locations - Click to access the complete list of locations.
- (C) Edit icon - Click to edit a specific location’s settings.
- (D) Location Details - After clicking a specific location’s edit icon, this will be selected by default.
- (E) Edit Variables - Click to access the Override Variables popup and edit location variables. Note: Depending on your property management software, you may need to scroll to the bottom of the page to access this.
Define Variables
- (F) Variable Override - Enter the new variable value that will override the custom variable at the selected location.
- (G) Confirm - Click to apply edits and close the Override Variables popup. Note: You will still need to scroll to the top of the page and click Save to finish the process.
- (H) Cancel - Click to discard any edits made and close the Override Variables popup.
