Columns
(A) Location - These are locations that are listed on your account. Information listed to the right applies specifically to that location. Note: Click the 3 rows of lines to filter this column.
(B) Type - Indicates the call category. Note: Click the 3 rows of lines to filter this column.
(C) Months - The current year listed with data specific to each month.
Rows
- (D) Calls - The number of inbound calls per facility.
- (E) Calls - Non Collection - The number of total non-collection calls that have been received.
- (F) Leads - The number of Leads that have been created per facility.
- (G) Rented - The number of rented Leads.
- (H) Expired - The number of Leads that are no longer active (i.e. cancelled).
- (I) Completed Follow-up - The number of Leads that completed the follow-up workflow.
- (J) Cancelled - Manual - The number of manually cancelled Leads.
- (K) Cancelled - Other - The number of automatically removed Leads.
- (L) Conv % - Percentage of Leads that have been converted to rentals.
