Creating New Script Cards

This guide explains how to create the script presented for new Lead creation. Your script ensures a consistent sales process and that employees cover all key points in your sales process.

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.
Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality.
You must be signed into the Web Client as an Administrator to create a new script card.
Access
(A) Settings icon - Click to access all of your available administrative settings.
(B) Script Card Designer - Click to see a list of all your script cards and create a new one.
(C) New Script Card - Click to open a new, blank script card. Click here to learn how to edit an existing Script Card.
Name Card
(D) Script Card Name - Click the placeholder title to make this editable and enter the new script card name. Note: The name should be brief enough to fully appear in the script card list but detailed enough to describe its purpose.
Assign the Script to Locations - Note: A script card must be assigned to at least 1 location in order for it to be active in the system.
(E) Assign to Locations - Click to open the Assign Script to Locations popup. This will provide you a full list of available locations which you can assign this script card.
(F) Search - If your list of locations requires a lot of scrolling and you know the name, enter it here. The list will dynamically update as you type.
(G) Select All - Click if you want to assign this script card to all locations you have access.
(H) Select specific location(s) - Click to select a location. You can select multiple locations to assign at once. Note: Selecting 2 non-sequential locations while pressing Shift on your keyboard will include all the locations in-between.
Assign Location - Once you have selected all the locations you want to assign this script card to, click the (I) right facing arrow to assign the location(s). This becomes enabled once at least 1 location is selected.
(J) Done - Click once you have finished assigning all the locations you wish to assign the script card. This will close the popup window.
(K) Cancel - Click to discard any changes and close the popup window.
Save Script Card
(L) Save - Click to save the script card and return to the list of active scripts. The newly created script card will appear in alphanumeric order. Note: As soon as you click Save, this script card will become active.
(M) Cancel - Click to cancel the creation process. If cancelling, you will need to continue to steps (N) & (O).
(N) Discard - Click to discard your new script card and return to the Script Card Designer list. Click (O) Cancel to cancel the discard process and continue working with the script card.
