- (DE) Calls - The number of inbound calls per facility.
- (EF) Calls - Non Collection - The number of total non-collection calls that have been received.
- (FG) Leads - The number of Leads that have been created per facility.
- (GH) Rented - The number of rented Leads.
- (HI) Expired - The number of Leads that are no longer active (i.e. cancelled).
- (IJ) Completed Follow-up - The number of Leads that completed the follow-up workflow.
- (JK) Cancelled - Manual - The number of manually cancelled Leads.
- (KL) Cancelled - Other - The number of automatically removed Leads.
