Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed. We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates when selecting a date range.
Lead Trends
- (A) Location - These are locations listed on your account. Information listed to the right applies specifically to that location.
- (B) Month(s) - The current year listed with data specific to each month.
- (C) Leads - The number of Leads that have been created per facility.
- (D) Rented - The number of rented Leads.
- (E) Expired - The number of Leads that are no longer active (i.e. cancelled).
- (F) Followups - The number of Leads that completed the follow-up workflow.
- (G) Cancelled - Manual - The number of manually cancelled Leads.
- (H) Cancelled - Other - The number of automatically removed Leads.
- (I) Conv % - Percentage of Leads that have been converted to rentals.
Call Trends
- (J) Location - These are locations that are listed on your account. Information listed to the right applies specifically to that location.
- (K) Month(s) - The current year listed with data specific to each month.
- (L) Calls - The number of inbound calls per facility.
- (M) Calls - Non Collection - The number of total non-collection calls that have been received.
