How to create a lead when an existing tenant wants to add a second unit

Instructions

  1. Click the '+' sign to start a new lead
  2. Once you start typing the current tenant's name, the system will suggest names currently in the system.  Select the current tenant name from the list of suggestions:
  4.  The new lead will then populate with the current tenant's info:
