How to access the Employee Dashboard while logged into the WebAPP as an Agent

1. Summary
Ocassionally, when working in the Agent Interface, you will run into a time where you are unable to fully complete a lead card before more calls are coming in. To handle this, we have a handy way of pulling up and keeping track of those incomplete lead cards, so no lead is left behind. Follow the steps below to find out how to handle these situations.
2. Pending Lead button
At the top of the page, on the Agent Taskbar, you will want to click on the number that is farthest to the right. This number indicates how many lead cards are still pending completion. Once you click on the number, a lite window will pop up, displaying all the lead cards that are still in progress.
3. Open & Complete Pending Leads
After the lite window opens, you will be able to see some information on the pending lead card. Simply click the "open" link all the way to the right of the listed lead that you wish to finish the lead card for, and the system will pull up the existing lead card for completion. From there, you will just process the lead card as usual, and save. This will remove the pending card from the pending lite window!
