Location Evaluations Settings

These settings are only applicable if you subscribe to CallPotential Performance/Evaluation Manager. This guide shows how to assign grade sheets that will be used for evaluating the location and employees assigned to the location.
Note
Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.
You must be signed into the Web Client as an Administrator to access this option.

Access
(A) Edit - From the location list identify the location you wish to edit and click to open its profile.
(B) Evaluations - Clicking (A) will open to the Location Details page. Click to access the location's Evaluations settings.

Gradesheet Assignment
Field Name | Field Description | Supported Integration |

(C) Location Gradesheet | Click to select the default location gradesheet. This will be the gradesheet used when grading your locations. Click here to learn more about creating gradesheets. | All |
(D) Employee Gradesheet | Click to select the default employee gradesheet. This will be the gradesheet used when grading your employee calls. Click here to learn more about creating gradesheets. Note: After opening the gradesheet, users can select a different one prior to grading. This is useful if a user is assigned to grade a current Tenant but has a Lead gradesheet assigned to the call. | All |
Save
(E) Save - Click to save edits and return to the Location list.
(F) Cancel - Click to discard any edits made to the location and return to the Location list.
