Outstanding Follow-up List

If your company subscribes to CallPotential's Lead Manager services, Leads will be added to a Follow-up workflow. Depending on your management settings, this workflow may include events that are sent automatically as well as manual events that you will need to complete. This guide shows how you identify outstanding manual Follow-up events and access this list for completion.

Access the List
(A) Lead icon - Click the Lead icon in the left-hand navigation column to access the list of scheduled Follow-up events.
(B) Number Badge - The badge located above the icon indicates how many outstanding Follow-ups need to be completed. If you have access to more than 1 location, this number includes Follow-up events at all those locations.
Search - Note: By default, this list includes all locations you have access.
(C) Location - Click to filter Follow-up information by specific location(s).
(D) Additional Filters - Click to search by these additional filter options;
Customer Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Lead ID
Lead Types
Time in List
(E) Apply - Click to search by your selected filter(s).
Column Definitions - Note: Click the column title to adjust sorting options.
(F) Date - Indicates the date which the Follow-up is scheduled to be completed.
(G) Location - Indicates the location where the Lead is associated.
(H) First & Last Name of Lead - The first and last name of the Lead that is saved in the system.
(I)Â Type - Indicates whether the Follow-up is a call, text or email.
(J) Phone - Lists the Lead’s primary phone number that is saved in the system.
(K) Follow Ups - Indicates how many previous Follow-ups have been completed for the particular Lead.
(L) Time in List - Indicates how many days the specific Follow-up has been scheduled for completion. The system lists events that have been scheduled for less than a full day in hours and minutes.Â
(M) Priority - Lower numbers appear higher in the list. Priority 1 items have a special icon.
Open Lead Card
(N) Open - Click to access the Lead card and complete the scheduled Follow-up.
