Getting Help

CallPotential provides numerous help options including access to our training website and troubleshooting articles plus easy access to our Support team via chat and email for more targeted help. The purpose of this guide is to explain how to access all of those help options.

Note

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Note: If you are having trouble accessing the Help icon from our application, you can open a chat directly from our website.

Access

  • (A) ? - From any page within CallPotential, click to access all of our available Support options.



Help Options

  • (B) Support Guides - Click to access CallPotential's on-line support documentation. This is a self-service option that allows you to search keywords to get specific, targeted assistance.

  • (C) Email Us - Click to automatically open a pre-addressed email directed to CallPotential Support Agents. This option is best used for questions or requests that do not require immediate assistance.

 

  • (D) Chat with Us - Click to chat with a live Support Agent for immediate assistance. This option allows our Agents to remote into your screen; if necessary, to better assist you.

 

  • (E) Name & Email - You'll be asked to enter your name and email address before starting the chat. 

  • (F) Attachments - Once connected with a Support Agent, you are able to attach a screenshot by clicking on the paperclip.

  • (G) Minimize - Click to minimize the chat window.

  • (H) End Chat - Click the X to close the window and end the chat once you've finished.



Additional Help - Note: You will need to click this to access additional Support options.

  • (I) Training - Provides direct access to CallPotential's on-line training site. Email or chat Support if you don't know your login or need to be registered for courses. 

  • (J) Phone - Click to access CallPotential's toll-free Support number and speak with an Agent.
